This privacy statement ensures that the personal data that Frequency Digital receives from its customers in the context of contacting Frequency Digital via contact forms is handled appropriately.
Identity
Frequency was founded back in 2015 by Dutch entrepreneur Kelvin Ruijters and began as a YouTube promo channel to promote electronic music in the digital space. It evolved into the independent record label Frequency Music and the tech and music enterprise called Frequency Digital, founded by Kelvin and Ton Ruijters in 2023. Frequency Digital focuses on helping artists, labels, and other music companies to reach global audiences, built sustainable and transparent business by gaining control over their full metadata and music rights. The company is based in the center of Amsterdam while operating globally. By constantly innovating, looking for opportunities in the market, and staying flexible, we aim to remain an artist- and indie-focused digital partner championing music, creatives, and entrepreneurs alike.
